What are zonkeys, ligers, and wholphins? Well, zonkeys are the offspring of zebras and donkeys, ligers come from lions and tigers, and wholphins come from false killer whales and dolphins.

Scripture tells us that God created everything to reproduce according to its kind. Creatures like these show us that kind isn’t the same thing as species. It’s usually at around the family level in our modern system.

God created these original kinds with the potential for lots of variety. But, when we start with God’s Word, we know a kind won’t produce anything other than its own kind. And that’s what we observe.
