What are some of the skills and qualities that we want to impart to the young people around us? Just like Paul raised up Timothy in the ways of the faith, we too impart important, Biblical truths to younger believers. It is our privilege to disciple the next generation—as they will be a powerful catalyst of change in the world. So first, we want to encourage those we mentor to make witnessing a way of life. And they will confidently share if we teach them how. Second, we want them to have a loving and caring attitude toward the lost—that they would see others the way that God sees them. And finally, it wouldn’t be spiritual multiplication if they didn’t catch the desire and the ability to train others, just as we are training them.
