Today is Good Friday! As we reflect on the cross and sacrificial crucifixion, we also look forward to the resurrection. Through Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection, we are gloriously reconciled to God, and in the end, He will triumph over this sinful world. Regardless of what happens in culture and politics, we can rest in the promise that Jesus Christ has conquered sin and death. By His stripes we are healed.
Good Friday is a wonderful time both to draw closer to Christ and to share the gospel with those around you. As you begin this Easter weekend, we encourage everyone to find opportunities to share with others the redemptive work that Christ has accomplished. From all of us at Wisconsin Family Council, we wish you and yours a truly blessed Easter. He is risen! He is risen indeed!
