Hi, I’m John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you’re listening to Share Life Today.
When you disciple a teenager to share their faith, you don’t just impact one life—you begin a ripple effect. I mean, think about it: one equipped teen can reach dozens of friends. They can disciple those friends the same way they were—by teaching them how to grow in their faith and share the Gospel with others. And then those friends go out and do the same—it’s multiplication! But discipleship doesn’t happen by accident. It’s intentional. It’s time spent talking with teens, walking them through resources, having practice conversations with them, and praying through fear. It’s reminding teens that sharing the Gospel matters and that others need to hear it. And when they get it, watch out. Because teens don’t just talk—they act. They invite. They post. They pray. They go. But they need someone to show them how. And that someone might be you. Who’s the teenager in your life that needs to be equipped? Let’s not miss this opportunity.
