Can you believe it? August is here and so is a new school year. This month, parents across the country will quickly assemble school supplies, as well as teaching tools and curriculum. Public, private, classical, homeschool — families from every background and type of education will all be asking themselves the same question: “what do I need to get for my children to succeed this year”?

May I suggest a category for your shopping list? Any researcher worth their salt will tell you that source documents are key! Access to source material is crucial to knowing where something’s been and where it is now. We are in a unique and hopeful moment for rebuilding our American Republic, and we also have a unique advantage when it comes to America’s source documentation. The written work of our founders and other great Americans is easy to obtain! Thanks to the National Archives and so many other publishers and internet archives, these resources are available for free. From George Washington all the way to Phyllis Schlafly and other modern-day movers and shakers, their historical works are vibrant and urgent messages that we need today more than ever.

Load up your school supply lists with the writings and speeches of great Americans. I’ll even help you get started! Send us an email or give us a call and we will send you a free vintage pocket Constitution and Declaration of Independence. Email info@phyllisschlafly.com or call 1-314-721-1213 today! These copies of the Constitution were published by the Coemmission on the Bicentennial of the U.S. Constitution – of which Phyllis Schlafly was a proud member. There aren’t many copies left, but we would love to send you one for free as a “backpack stuffer” for your child or grandchild!

Again, to get a free pocket Constitution and Declaration, call us at 1-314-721-1213 or email info@phyllisschlafly.com. Give a young American the great gift of access to and interest in our rich history, stock them with the source materials of our nation!
