By reaffirming the Hyde Amendment, HHS will now ensure that federal funds, your tax dollars, are not used to end innocent lives in the womb. The Biden administration, which had ignored the Hyde Amendment, sought to facilitate the killing of pre-born babies by explicitly telling the Office of Refugee Resettlement to help illegal alien minors get abortions. Every unborn baby has a right to life regardless of his or her circumstances, and no American should be forced to have their hard-earned money pay to help kill an innocent child.
