In 1995, President Bill Clinton declared November National Adoption Month in the United States. National Adoption Month calls on individuals, families, churches, businesses, organizations, and states to celebrate adoption. Although the process isn’t perfect, through adoption children without families are often placed in loving homes with parents who raise them as their own.

Adoption should be promoted for both unborn and born children. One of the biggest lies the abortion lobby tells women is that abortion is their only option if they can’t or won’t care for their child, but adoption is always a choice. If you or someone you know is considering adoption, you can go to dcf.wisconsin.gov for a list of licensed adoption agencies.
