Continuing the examination of every phrase in the First Amendment is:
- some States allow the selling of marijuana & others do not;
- some States allow minors to consume alcohol & other States do not;

- some States allow prostitution (Nevada & formerly Rhode Island) & the rest do not;

Aptly named, the Lemon test is a bad legal precedent that’s been around for the last 50 years, and its what has caused countlesss attackes on religious displays, like nativity scenes, Ten Commandments monuments, Stars of David, national motto plaques, and other similar symbols with religious imagery.”
