New data from Arizona Christian University’s Cultural Research Center reveals that evangelicals are more likely to be shaped by culture than to influence or evangelize it, recognizing that the startling decline of American society is directly related to the spiritual collapse of Christianity in our nation. The study also found that more than one-third of evangelicals are unlikely to vote in the upcoming presidential election.

This report is a convicting reminder that as Christians, we are called to be in this world and not of it. We have a responsibility to live out biblical truth in society and not compromise our faith based on current cultural trends. We also have a responsibility to stand up for Christian values in politics, and that starts with voting in the November election.
