Early in-person voting for Wisconsin’s Spring General Election began yesterday. In this election, voters will pick the next justice of our state Supreme Court, either Susan Crawford or Brad Schimel. Voters will also determine the next Superintendent of Public Instruction. That race is between incumbent Jill Underly and challenger Brittany Kinser. A constitutional amendment seeking to enshrine Voter ID laws into the state’s constitution will also be on everyone’s ballot, in addition to races for local government offices.
This election will greatly impact Wisconsin’s future. If you’ll be out of town on Election Day, Tuesday, April first or don’t want to risk not being able to make it to the polls, we encourage you to vote early either in person or by absentee ballot by mail.
