Planned Parenthood is under scrutiny once again as the House DOGE Subcommittee begins an investigation. The abortion giant has been accused of multiple crimes that include illegally encouraging minors to undergo abortions and transgender hormone therapy, selling the tissue and organs of aborted babies for profit, and lying to Congress in sworn testimony. As the Senate moves to federally defund Planned Parenthood, pro-life supporters are hopeful that the organization will be held accountable for their crimes.
Planned Parenthood is the number one abortion provider in Wisconsin and across the country. Although they claim to provide a variety of health services, abortions have increasingly become their primary service. The US Senate should defund Planned Parenthood once and for all. Our tax dollars were never meant to, nor should they, support life-ending abortion.
