Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty has filed a friend-of-the-court brief on behalf of Wisconsin students and parents in the case West Virginia v. B.P.J. The case will decide whether biological boys should be allowed in girls’ sports and their spaces. In its brief, WILL urges the US Supreme Court to reverse previous lower-court decisions that have allowed boys to participate in girls’ sports and challenges the premise that this action violates Title IX protections. The Court’s decision will set an important precedent for future policy and practice on this issue.

We are thankful for WILL’s work on behalf of students and parents in Wisconsin and across the country. Biological boys should never be allowed to invade girls’ sports or spaces. The US Supreme Court should overturn these lower court decisions and rule in favor of biological reality and true fairness.
