The US Supreme Court is scheduled to review a significant parental rights case today that will affect families in all fifty states. The case is being brought to the Court by Florida parents who discovered that school employees had privately counseled their 13-year-old daughter to embrace transgenderism. The parents are arguing that the school’s actions violated their constitutional rights. If the Supreme Court takes the case, their decision will impact future disputes involving parental rights and the transgender issue.

School officials counseling children toward transgenderism is both harmful and unacceptable. Children belong to their parents, not the state. We hope the US Supreme Court decides to take this case and prevent future infringement on parental rights within the education system.
