Tennessee taxpayers are now bankrolling Islamic indoctrination camps masquerading as schools, all thanks to the state’s new “Education Freedom Scholarship Program.” This program, billed as “school choice,” is forcing conservatives and Christians to fund the teaching of Sharia law, jihad, and anti-American ideologies—right under the guise of parental freedom. If not stopped, it could spread nationwide, further eroding our republic.
Look at Pleasant View School, now eligible for Tennessee’s tax dollars. Their website boasts “Excellence in Education Through Islam,” embedding the faith at every level. From pre-K, kids learn a “practicing Islamic lifestyle.” Elementary students study Muhammad—child bridegroom and ruthless warrior—as a role model. Middle school dives into “detailed rules” from Islamic texts, and high school frames Islam as a lifelong mission. It’s not education; it’s conquest training. These schools aren’t shy about politics, either. Pleasant View bused 40 students to “Muslim Day on the Hill,” lobbying lawmakers with the American Muslim Advisory Council. Other taxpayer-funded Islamic academies—like Nashville International and Annoor of Chattanooga and Knoxville—joined the push, using kids to advance Sharia agendas.
Conservative State Rep. Jody Barrett warned this would happen. “Everyone who voted knew tax dollars would flow to Islamic programs,” he said. He voted no, slamming the half-billion-dollar boondoggle as fiscally reckless—benefiting just 2% of students, mostly already in private schools. No new choices, just more government hooks: mandatory state tests, data submission, and eventual control over “private” education. Critics are sounding alarms.

This isn’t freedom; it’s folly. Republicans controlling Tennessee hid details, but the trajectory is clear—more regs, less autonomy. Christian taxpayers are subsidizing this Islamic expansion in other states as well. It’s outrageous. We should defund this mess before Sharia Law swallows our sovereignty.
Whether it’s the vision of our founders, the moral compass of Christopher Columbus, or the fortitude of presidents like Lincoln and Reagan, the truth of history should not be undercut by liberal multicultural ideology.
