On December 2nd, 2025 the United States Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the case of First Choice Women’s Resource Centers v. Platkin.
The case challenges the actions of New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin who has targeted the pro-life resource center and claimed, without evidence, that they present “false and misleading information” to women.
He has demanded that they hand over all advertising material, personnel files, and even donor lists for the last ten years!
Pro-life resource centers experience this sort of governmental harassment all across the country as abortion advocates attempt to bully them out of business. Please join us in praying for this case, that God’s will be done and that the Justices have clarity on the issue.
